About greenspaceLivegreenspaceLive™ was founded in 2008 and is a spinout from the Greenspace Research low carbon building and renewable energy research programme at Lews Castle College, University of the Highlands and Islands. Our ethos at greenspaceLive™ is very simple - to help and encourage owners, occupiers, managers and designers of buildings reduce energy usage through cost-effective, targeted improvements to the fabric and equipment. greenspaceLive™ employs recognised CIBSE Low Carbon Consultants, as well as being a member of the UK Green Building Council. We use a fresh approach to managing the carbon lifecycle of buildings and ensure that data is incorporated into the cloud, making it always accessible, and not kept as an isolated package of information. We deliver simple, dynamic tools which will assist in the data compilation, assessment, benchmarking and legislation associated with the energy consumption and carbon footprint of buildings. greenspaceLive™ has developed a web-based platform of tools for the creation, analysis and assessment of building models based around the gbXML interoperability standard, the de-facto industry standard for designing resource efficient buildings. Our on-line products work together to provide an easy-to-use rapid workflow, allowing energy savings to be easily identified and investment appraisals undertaken.
greenspaceLive™ also offers training packages with accredited qualifications, available together with interactive webinar sessions on the use of our software tools. |
